A wild permissions post appears!

Okay so, this isn't due until after the event is over, but April is one day gonna hack into peoples phones and leave silly and cute gifs on them; they won't be there for long though. Why? Well, she wants to test how strong the phone systems are. And maybe try to cheer people up.

So, I'm asking if it's alright for April to do this, so that people who rather she didn't wouldn't need to worry about her doing so, in case she ever needs to hack into the phones again for some random reason. But for now, the phone hacking thing will probably only be a one time thing, though I thought it would be best to get permission for this.
